Rev. Dr. C. Carl Wilson, DBH, LPC, CRADC is the Clinical Director of Covenant Counseling a
Non-profit, 501(c) 3 organization that provides counseling and practical skills to the
underinsured and uninsured. He has earned a Doctorate in Behavioral Health and is a licensed
psychotherapist in California, Missouri and Iowa. He has a license and certifications in
Substance Abuse, Anger Management and Human Behavior. Dr. Wilson shares in ministry with
his wife Tina; she is active in their ministry and co-facilitates as Christian Counselor. Tina has a
love for music and enjoys speaking at ladies’ events. They are skilled seminar and workshop
presenters and have been married for 22 years. They celebrate the lives of their gifted and
talented children Carleón, Cazine and Carena.
